Terms and Conditions of Sale

By accessing, listing goods and services for sale or purchasing the goods offered by the Seller (Affirm and Thrive), Users (you the customer) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Agreement")

1. Payment for goods and services purchased from Affirm and Thrive is by way an internet secure payment system sourced by a thrid party. Please refer to Stripe's terms and conditions of the third party  for particular's regarding the transaction. 
2. A Tax invoice for purchases will be provided.


  1. Validity Period:
    • All session packs are valid for online sessions only.
    • Sessions must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any sessions remaining after this period will expire.
  2. No Refund Policy:
    • There will be no refund offered for any session pack purchases.
    • Once purchased, session packs cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other services.
  3. Session Booking:
    • Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
    • To schedule sessions, please contact us via email or phone provided on our website or book directly through the booking portal.
  4. Session Attendance:
    • It is the responsibility of the client to attend scheduled sessions on time.
    • If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the session will be considered forfeited.
  5. Cancellation Policy:
    • Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time without penalty.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time will result in the session being deducted from the session pack.
  6. Transferability:
    • Session packs are non-transferable and cannot be shared between multiple individuals.
  7. Change of Terms:
    • Affirm and Thrive reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Appointment cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failing to attend a scheduled appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
